Zero 0 nitrates

Hi, I have about a three year old tank, parameters are stable, 10.5 alk, 450 calcium 1350 mg
My nitrates have been reading 0 for about a few weeks, when I tested it noticing that my anemone was moving.

I started adding neonitro two days ago but it is still reading zero.

Also starting to get dinos.

What should I do?

The only thing I can think of that I changed around this time frame is that I turned off my air stone.
