Zetlight QMaven II 6800 Info ?

I am running QMaven II 6800 - I am just coming out of my cycle and I am wanting to see what everyone else runs their lights at .
I have a 4 foot long and 17 inch deep tank.
I am going to have typical fish, clowns, wrasse, blenny, etc .
Corals will be anything from softies/LPS to an anemone down the road. (I may have a couple SPS down the road as well).

I am currently running pretty low numbers with my highest being during the middle of the day --- Around 45% across the board at that time. During the morning and evening times I am running higher blues/reds/greens with lower whites.
