Some zoanthids are slow growers... especially when adapting to new parameters.. so often time when the polyps spread out like that it’s a sign of stress but that doesn’t seem to be the case since you said they haven’t grown so can you share your parameters ? And lighting ?

IME it really depends on which zoa you buy and your lighting. I've found that higher end zoas grow A LOT slower than your cheaper zoas like scrambled eggs or radioactive dragon eyes. Zoas also hate phosphates, but they seem to be opening up well. Might I ask, how old is your tank and what your lights are?

My water parameters are -

Ammonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 0
pH - 8.4

Salinity - 34.5
Alk - 12
Calcium - 450
Phosphate - 0.5

Light on it is KZKR LED full spectrum - i do think that my light is the problem and need to get a better one

Yeah I would recommend you move them slowly into slightly stronger lighting I see some stalks sort of reaching, they’re not as noticeable as when a palythoa reaches but none the less they’re reaching... other than that they look healthy!

Yeah ill definitely do that i think its time, ill post an updated pic soon

@Oscar47f also i wanted to get the Orbit Marine LED light what do you think? Heard good things about it
How big is the tank?? I’m not a fan of them for the price I usually suggest you go with something from the AI line of lights but it’s personal preference I only recommend them to clients with fish only systems depending on the tank size

20 gallon long tank

Also AI lights are a little out of my price range right now haha

Then yeah you may be able to get away with an orbit marine light ! I like the AI prime for smaller tanks but for a 20 long you may need 2 or you could use 1 mounted kinda high up... up to you you should be fine with either
