Zoa and palys inside out

Can anyone tell me what’s going on with these corals? From time to time they just bend inside out like there wearing a beanie hat

The look like they are just opening up not anything to worry about

Look fine to me.

The way I look at it in nature these colonies are 1000's of polyps strong not all the polyps are gonna be open at all times... notice it a little more on a 5 polyp frag...

Not to worry. Totally natural. Your corals are just doing some yoga

My rainbow blasters are the only ones I've seen do that. I haven't figure out why.
