Zoa and rock flower half open and dying

My zoas are all half open and the skirts have basically died or gotten very skinny. My rock flower has also done the same thing.

Agree with @jesspal, you have bryopsis and other algaes. If it's growing on the zoas they will get irritated and close up. I'd do a peroxide dip, search for it on here. Also, figure out your causes for algae and start fighting that. It's likely a PO4 or Nitrate issue.

yea I have done a dip on a couple of zoas for one minute 100 peroxide. I just started dosing vibrant to try to get rid of the algae and do weekly water changes.

I only have astrea snails but I’ll look into that

The nuissance algae will rob the water of much needed nutrients. I would make sure your source water is good and then start doing twice weekly 30% water changes for a couple weeks while you remove the cyano/hair algae.

Ok I will, I know my source water is not the problem because I get my rodi water from a science lab.

Nitrate and phosphate are both out of range and not in balance for a new tank.
Up to one year, nitrates not to exceed 5ppm and phosphates say 0.03 - 0.07ppm.
You can run the higher nutrients after a year or so as your beneficial bacteria strains are varied and robust.
