i asked Zoa Collector to ship my item Tuesday for Wednesday delivery since it's my off day today and constantly checking and tracking the package. to my surprise the tracking was updated at 3:10pm as delivered and left at front door with signature waived at 2:09pm? so i hurried outside to see if it was at the door, nothing!!!!!!! went to leasing office to see how many units have the same unit number as mine and if anybody surrendered a package which is not theirs and we have 3 units. went to check on all three units and found nothing. this was already 1 hour after, i message Zoa Collector right away that the package was missing and also called fedex which was of no help since they insist that the package was delivered at the correct address. person relayed the problem to local fedex station and luckily the person that called me back also owns a reef tank so she knew what i was talking about. she said she already message the supervisor and have asked for the driver to back track where my package was left at. hopefully something will come out of this since Collin is shouldering everything and will be taking care of me.
