I need help! I have a big (60+) zoa colony that is thinning out from the middle. The polyps close and then disappear. I dipped in Coral Rx and some pods came off but nothing else. It's very weird. The colony is growing on the edges and dissolving in the middle. Does anyone have any thoughts on what to do??

It's time for you to frag them to save the other. They do melted like that sometime with no reason.

I agree. When they start receding I havent found any way to stop. Save as many as you can.

How should I do it? Remove the closed ones? The colony is on a circular plate.

I would frag them all into the smaller frags group of 3 or 5 polyps and throw away the unhealthy polyps.
