Zoa coral questions

I have a 36g bowfront that’s been up and running for 8 months now corals I have are doing great. The question is I’m thinking of starting a zoa garden in my tank and was wondering a few things I won’t be getting them all at once just here and there

What flow because the spot is kinda high flow

What corals do you have now?

I would say zoas are pretty easy, but I've also had good luck with them.
