Zoa Dipping

I am curious what you guys are using for dipping of zoas. I have always thought about doing iodine dips when I frag my zoas. I've heard of people using coral revive for dipping their zoas if they are showing signs of being stressed. If someone could help direct me to a good routine to use for iodine dips that would be awesome. Also just curious what everyone else does.
