I know a lot of people with T5 and their zoos multiply like crazy. Can you create a thread on the zoa section with pictures?Ok what am I doing wrong?? I have have several zoa colonies in the tank for almost one year. No growth at all they have remained the same size. Water parameters are very good, fed twice a week ... The only thing I can suspect is the lighting. HO T5 ATI bulbs x four running 9-10 hours a day
Any suggestions?
Did I see an SPS?
Has anyone come across this tiny nearly as small as a pinhead parasites of Zoas ? I have seen many different ones but this one is a first ... no shell, soft body, tiny and seems to only favor Zoas and Palys and feeds on them although I have not seen reports that it actually kills them off. If the infestation is not too large the Zoas may be able to recuperate from the feeding done buy these pests and pests they are for sure ...
If you have come across these pics would be appreciated and of course if you have an ID that would be super ... I have searched and searched but could not find one

Never seen it Albert. I always dip my zoas very good with coralrx before they go in my tank and my son is great at detecting and removing anything. If i come across it I will sure put it aside before the dip kills it. Coral RX makes flatworms go into a convulsion type of movement and I use a baster to get them.
Vedy nice!
I had a out break of those SOB's about 6 months ago...I added a couple of coris wrasses and every night went through the frag tank with the blues on to pluck them all out....it took a couple weeks they are zoa eaters.....no idea what they were and no info on them..............Has anyone come across this tiny nearly as small as a pinhead parasites of Zoas ?
