Is the panel attached to the outside or the inside of the tank? And if inside what did you use? I love the idea! I have a LOT of seashells I would love to implement in my tank, but this is the first time I have actually seen it done. I thought of this when I first set up my tank about 3 months ago; but, really had NO idea what to do. Was surprised I actually got a decent looking tank...lol

The guy has molds and pours apoxy and puts the shells clams and other dead corals to make the panels. theoceanbuilder. I believe it's what gives my tank character. Here's a panel on a tall 120.Both cellphone pics

This is the one he did for my sons tank. He painted some of the coral skeletons to make look pretier. It's a panel he glued with putty to the back glass.

I am really enjoying this thread. Thanks for all the pics. Beautiful!

I went quickly through the thread to try and catch up but must have missed it...

Is there a full tank shot?
Is there a page describing your set up, lights, maintenance, etc.? I would love to learn how you get such great color and growth. Thanks.

First page has the tank info. My ZOAS look ugly It's all PhotoShoped LOL. Jk. Water changes is the main thing for me. I use ddh2ocean. My growth is really bad most of my friends growth triples mine. My z&ps get very big that's it.

Well, then you are very good with PhotoShop. lol.

Thanks. The size is what made me curious. I love the colors on some of the zoas but they are often so small that they can't really be seen in a tank.

This guy is a master when it comes to Z & Ps! Even more so when it comes to photography!!

I'm lucky, he isn't too far from me. I got a small frag of these Cornbred Yellow Jawbreakers from his a few months ago and they have been growing nuts!

Lololololol you're crazy dude! Guys this guy Eric is the reason why I make you all suffer so much. He taught me how to take pictures of corals and how to make them look so fake with PhotoShop LOL... ok that last part is me. Nice of you to drop by.
