Zoa dropping a log instead of long stringy?

I’ve seen my bowsers let out the long stringy stuff, but as of lately I’ve switched to a better light and they are always open and less extended and growing faster but I’ve seen them expell more of a clump then stringy and in this case it expelled the same color log as it’s mouth. What’s the difference between the brown stringy stuff and this?
