Zoa Dying? Reproducing?

Can anyone tell me what my Zoa here is doing?

Its shriving up and growing a long thread with a sac on it.

They were looking great a couple hours ago - my water params haven't changed. Have owned them for 2 weeks, last dip was 6 days ago.

Only thing I did different was feed some blood worms to clowns yesterday

They are expelling waste.

Wow I hope you're right! I've not seen it that big nor affect the body so much!
