I am having an issue with some of my Zoa frags being flat out devoured by something in my tanI while others go unmolested. The dastardly deed happens over the course of a 24 hour period and the only critter I ever see near them is a typical small CUC hermit or snail.

Could my PB tang or diamond goby (both good sized) be to blame?

The only invertebrates on my possible list are a big emerald crab and a tiger cowrie, though never seen eother mess with anything.

Any thoughts on this are appreciate...

Asterinas I bet you. They come out or up I should say more at night. Sometimes it is more like they suck them dry as they just shrivel up and get smaller until they disappear.

I have a couple Peppermint I rarely see...figures my Wardley Wrasse killed them.

I think this is the problem for sure. take a look at your tank late at night when its very dark, that's when you will see them. They eat aptasia, and sometimes arent too picky and eat zoas too
