Ok so I need some help.. I have a few zoa frags in my tank that have been eaten. At first, I thought it was the lemon peel angel, so I removed and placed in another tank. Not sure what else could be munching away.. maybe hermit crabs?

I have 2 engineer gobys, kole tang, exquisite wrasse, a pair of storm clowns, watchman goby, misc. snails and hermit crabs. Tankmates are fed daily..

Are all the hermits "reef safe". Engineer Gobys sometimes try to move stuff durring their "projects". That can include shells, and frag discs or frag plugs.

Ok so you probably dont have any hitchhikers going after them. Then I would check the zoas for pests and if there arent any i would say you might have non reef safe hermit crab.
