Hi guys,
We just got some zoa about 2-3 weeks ago and I am unsure what to feed it! We have a 10gal starter tank with LR, fire shrimp, emerald crab, 2 snails and live sand. The research I have done says to feed it fresh shrimp "juice" if u will. The cloudy stuff that gets acquired from soaking in saltwater. I have been feeding this and just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing before I continue to do this! Also can u ID the type of zoa?

Idk about shrimp juice..... I would think that would cause unnecessary phosphate issues. I use fauna Marin zoa powder and have had good results from it.

i put mysis, squid, anchovie, clam, rotifiers, and all kinds of sea food in my bullet and make a paste to target feed my trillion zoas...works like a champ just freeze it in cubes

i personally don't feed my Z's or P's. my tank is mainly a zoanthid dominated reef. all i do is dose 2 part CA & mag. once a month natural iodine. i have been considering amino acids. that me, though. happy reefing!

I'd like to try this. Do you just use seafood from the supermarket?
