I have had this zoa frag on the bottom of my tank for a week to get used to my tank. The tank is a nuvo 10. The lighting is a kessil a80. I run it at 100% for 10 hours per day. I moved the frag to the top of the tank. This morning I notice that the polyps are extended pretty heavily. A day or two before hand the skirts appeared sort of crumpled as well. I have some basic stats available, and are as follows.

Temp 79 Far
Salinity 1.025
Alk 9.0
Phosphate .04
Nitrate 3

Should I perhaps put the light down to 50% for a few days? Or is this a sign that the zoas are just adjusting. I am worried as this frag is beautiful, and do not want to lose it.

Thank you so much guys :D

Moderate water flow and keep lights on the blues and reduce white. also add Lugols iodine to water as well as seachem "FUEL"

How long do you have the tank? Do 10-20% water change to see if anything change. WC always help. Less flow less light. Zoas act weird and close up sometimes even if all parameter are perfect.
