Zoa frag not doing well?

This is my first zoa, and I don't think it is looking so great. I drip acclimated the frag over a period of 3 hours and dipped in CoralRX. I believe that the grayish spots around the "stem" are zoa pox. The black spots in the upper left and lower right of the photo are a new development, just noticed in the last 2 days. Ammonia and Nitrite at 0, nitrate less than 5. Any thoughts\advice would be much appreciated.

I guess I should have mentioned that it has been in my tank for 5 days. Also, the photo posted sideways so the black specks at upper left and lower right are oriented at lower left and upper right in the photo.
