zoa help/questions

Ok so the zoa frags ive added to my tank are my first zoas ever...i have researched them but im still gonna ask questions because websites cant always be trusted, so i have 10 radioactive eagle eye polyps and 15 radioactive dragon eye polyps, i got them yesterday and the eagle eyes are starting to open up and a few of the dragons are starting to open up how long does it normally take for them to fully open? I know my lighting is good for them and they are in a good place in the tank...they were fragged on saturday but the rock was cut they were not scraped...can yall please help me out

from saturday till now they should have opened up. after cutting were they dipped? were they freshly cut then put into your tank from a different tank? if so maybe they have an infection. ?

do you have any pictures so we can see what they look like. ? it will give us a better point of view to look at to see if they look okay.

the zoas mentioned are really hearty and should be fine. but if you can take a quick pik that would be great.

The rock was cut and they were in my buddy's tank until yesterday...i did a drip acclimation before i put them in, im not sure if they were dipped after the rock was cut...i did not dip them but he may have...and your talking about an iodine dip correct?

They look fine to be but could be better. Looks like you have a vermetid snail there (that pointy stick on the left frag). I would remove because they can irritate zoas as they do in my tank. I've had zoas that didn't open for almost two weeks. I dip them in Lugols solution and it worked. My zoas seem to all have different needs as far as lighting and flow. Best of luck.
