Wasn't expecting to have theses guys on a live rock I purchased can anyone I'd them as to what type of zoa they are?

They do not look like zoas, generally shorter stalks and not as tall. These look like palys. I also see a bunch of bubble algae on that live rock. If you are aware of this that is one thing, but I would remove the rock and scrub them off if possible.
 
What kind of plays are they? Are they poisonous worth keeping? I will scrub the algae today. Thanks for the help
 
A lot of people do not like them. As they will over grow a lot of the other corals, palys version of coral warfare is just out growing and smothering them. Personally I did the same thing as you with the liverock to seed my tank and got “gifted” these beautiful green palys. There is a thing called palytoxins which are harmful, do some research on them. I left mine but definitely get rid of that bubble algae
 
Those are a watermelon zoa, not a paly. Nothing to worry about with them. They look a little rough around the edges but should round into shape in your aquarium.
 
very toxic and don't scrubb/break that bubble algae you don't want it to spread. Get a emerald crab to eat it if you can't pick it off gently
