Well they may need to color up a little. Gorilla nipples have a nice green skirt around them and these have a darker color.
Could they maybe be peanut butter cups? This is a picture from coralpedia.com

Gorilla Nipples are brown with orange mouth and these are definitely nice baby blue with orange mouths
