What are these?
Where can I get them?

Perhaps teal ring zoas. No idea where to get them. For zoas, I prefer to look and find ones that I like. There are many similar looking types. I think blue hornets will look better than these and are quite easier to find.

From the picture my first guess is outcast or maybe Killer Bee zoas. Both are from zoathids.com. The picture is so blue I can't be sure on the name.
