Zoa ID under different lighting conditions

Here are two pictures of the same colony. One is with just the iPhone, the other is with the iPhone and the Polyp Lab V2 lens. The V2 lens tends to wash out the details of the color . It has more fuchsia when seen through the eye.

Can you adjust the color temperature in the camera settings?

I believe these are Sakura Sunrise. Try a google search of these to compare images
