Trying to see what these are some are saying JF crybababies others are saying pandoras. I dont know its a different color zoa for sure.

There are so many different names for zoanthids that it can be pretty difficult to get 100% ID. Of the two that you mentioned, it looks more like the crybabies to me. Do you have any up-close pictures in white light?
 
i'd say its neither a jf crybaby or pandora's. pandora's have more speckles, crybabies seem more pink. in both light spectrums provided they look more yellow than pink, but it could just be how they morphed in your tank.
