Got this zoa last weekend was wondering what it is? Its my first coral ever and was wondering should I leave it on the frag plug and put the plug in a rock and let it grow over or remove it and glue it to a rock? Sorry if its a dumb question

Not sure about the Id but in regards to plug or no plug, it's just a personal preference. Sometimes it's hard to get it off the plug cleanly and healthy. If you leave it on the plug it should, in time, grow over the plug and onto your rock. Then you can sometimes cut the plug out in a sense and you have a frag and colony.
