Anyone have a clue if these guys have a name? Look a little like Green Flames but their skirts are really long, like eyelashes.

BlayzinNano, this picture is clearer than the one you posted in the Death paly catalogue. Based on this picture, I would say that what you have is a green button polyp.
 
They look nothing like my button polyps. The button polyos are smooth. These guys have ridges that run from the mouth out to the skirts and they are a greenish blue in person. But they probably are some kinda morph.
 
There are tons of wild button polyps that come in on various rocks with or without other zoas. Lots of little variations too. I would say they are some sort of wild, unbranded button polyp.
