Not a true ‘my clementine’ nor snitch. You see these often as common chunky imports that get cut down, people have given them a bunch of different names. Cherry corals sells them as ‘sweet Caroline.’ I’ve also seen them sell as ‘false clementines.’ Idk you’re going to get a widely recognized consensus name.
