Zoa in poor condition

Hi guys, new reefer needs some help with Zoa.

I just got this new Zoa frag 5 days ago for 20 bucks. While I'm keeping it at low flow and low blue light, it never really fully expanded - this is as far as it goes in the photo.

I tested the water params and everything's in the range. I was under the impression that Zoa is beginner friendly and I'm wondering what I did wrong.

P.S. The frag comes with one big head and three tiny heads. Whenever I turn off the light all the heads would fully close in 5 minutes.

It doesn't look bad to me. If the zoa is unhappy it won't open up, and the closing when the lights go out is common, most if not all of mine close at night.
