Zoa iodine and hydrogen peroxide dipping

Can someone give me the directions for doing a hydrogen peroxide dip. My zoas have a white bacteria on them. Also what iodine can i use can for a dip can i use the stuff from target that is povidone from target cause or should i get the lugol from bright well i dont know how long i still have for my zoas some have been closed up for a week or two
