Zoa morph question?

I bought this morphed zoa, there were 2 colonies and the zoas in the middle were a morph of the 2. The new zoas are growing as the original and not as morphs. I also got the black Darth Maul which is mostly black with just a little bit of orange, there is 1 new head but it is to small to see if it will be black. My question is do morphs reproduce as morphs or do they revert back if the other zoas are not next to them?

A lot of times zoas morph under specific conditions like lights or specific parameters. Most of the times they're specific to that tank and they revert to normal when they go to someone elses tank.
