Nope, this thread isn't about naming parts of zoanthids, but rather about how they morph in color :hammer: I have seen many that have morph into slightly different shades of the same color but nothing this dramatic. The grow on these have been rather slow but the changes in color is just outstanding. They have been sitting in the same spot since I got them. Just moved them for the pix. LMK what you guys think :D

When I first got them, probably back in mid 2006, they look nothing like these photos, with just a hint of pink in them

Yowsers! That is astounding! I think they've blinded me!! What lighting do you have these under and how high up in the tank?

they are liking the lighting and their environment.. keep up the good work Kenny.. :)

Yeah, that's what I am guessing. I know in one of your threads you talked about leaving something alone and not move them to let them grow better. This is another testament to that philosophy. They've been in the same spot for probably over 6 months now.

I have these on the sandbed, about 20" from a 150W Phoenix. I recently added a couple of T5 HO's overdriven by an IceCap ballast for supplement.
