Zoa not open and seem dying, HELP

I have a dozen difference types of Zoa but they does not seem healthy, some of them does not open and seem like dying. why? any tips of take care of zoa?

What is the ideal of water parameter for Zoa, LPS and softy?
What is the right food, or do I need to feed them?
What is the best placement place in the tank, light, flow...?
