Zoa not opening

I have a frag of some rastas that i picked up 2 days ago. They just wont seem to open. I moved them to the sand bed and i to a lower flow area to see if that help.

Tank is about 2 months old. Lighting is mars aqua 165 watt (chinese black box). I have another frog that is doing fine.

FWI I have Rastas in my tank under a 165w black box midway up rock work. LED is running 0 white 85% blues.

Check your other chemistry.
