Zoa on new dry rock

Hey guys was wondering if its ok to put a couple zoa frags on new dry rock that has been in my tank for about a week I also have some live rock too just not sure if it matters

should be fine, by the time the zoas are ready to spread off the plugs you'll have cured rock
