I just moved the yellow Zoas & rock up front and there is now something else on the rock (it's left of yellow Zoas, it's green, center of pic) that I had not seen before on that rock, in my display or anywhere. Would anyone be able to tell me if I'm in trouble or not?

Will swap corals, live in Tampa.

Thanks

OK thanks for the help. It is better looking than Aptasia but I darn sure don't want to loose corals or control of my tank.

The great thing about this hobby is there is always something new to learn and others are kind enough to help when answers are hard to find. I am still blown away how after many months things like this can pop up.

I have heard the best way to get rid of this guy is to mix a kalk paste up and put it right into his mouth. it doesnt take much kalk and mix it just thin enough to easily go through a syringe. Good luck!

I used an aptasia X for my one aptasia, and after 1 and a half week it has not come back, I just put it in its mouth, and covered the crap out of it and then it imploded... So far so good.

I have used straight alkalinity liquid in a syringe before to kill aptasia, it will liquify living things. I was a little bummed to learn this was something that had to be killed. It popped under atinics, maybe a good thing for a FOLR tank.

I've got some and had them for about 6 months now, so are these mojano? The lfs told me they were yellow polyps, they are actually yellower than the picture.
