Zoa/Paly Id please

Been searching and coming up empty. Pretty sure its a paly but not 100%. Hard to capture with my phone but the ring with the speckles is basically black and looks much darker in person. It's a great combo, just curious if anyone has came across one. Thanks.

I was thinking Zoa, my palys all have longer, but much thinner tentacles, but no expert.
If he reacts quickly to food offerings, then more likely palys.

Zoanthus vietnamensis, not Palythoa. Palythoa have a rough, sandy mesoglea.

I have some of these and they were sold as Pink Zipper Zoanthids.
