What is everyone doing for QT on zoas? I have four frags in the QT right now, and I'm not sure how to proceed.

For SPS, I do a dip every six days in Bayer, 10ml per cup for 10 minutes for 60 days.

Do I need to go to this length for zoas and palys? I did an initial dip in Bayer before going into the QT tank. I've been monitoring them for a few days now. I don't see anything on the frags.

Just wondering what you guys do to prevent pests into the main DT.

Thanks!

You can do the same for zoas but 15 is long enough as i read somewhere nudi eggs hatch after 7 days. So in 15 you can make sure they'll be dead.

Any data to support this josh? I would like to know what the life cycle is for sure before I put them in the tank.

Fwiw, I did not see any adults come off in the dip and did not see any eggs either. But I'm very cautious when it comes to adding new stuff due to having battled aefw twice now.

Josh's tank tells me nothing about documented protocols and life expectancies.

I'd like some fact instead of just one persons experience (regardless of how much experience he has).

Nudi Eggs Hatch in 7 Days that is good info to know.

Do you know how long it takes until Nudi's are Sexually Mature and making the eggs though?
