I believe these are harming my polyps but I don’t know what they are or how to get rid of them. Second and third pic are shortly after an iodine dip and basting so I think the tank is probably full of them. Thank you for looking.
 
Looks like munnid isopods. not sure what all the little bumps are though in the first picture. The isopods are harmless and good for your system. They are known to crawl over coral though causing them to close up.

Hmm. I don’t know what the sandy looking stuff is either. This is what it looked like after the dip.
 
I believe some zoas incorporate sand into their tissue.
