Zoa Placement Help in a Mixed Reef

I have some zoas that aren't doing as well as I think they could. The color is dull... I think my lighting is too much for their placement. The ones I have on a frag rack are growing much faster. A few frags became dislodged while I was cleaning (tail end of an algae battle), so I figure now is a good time to relocate. I'm trying to avoid the sand bed since my goby likes to sand-shower anything he can. Here's the zoas:

I usually start at the top of my tank, if it looks healthy keep it, if not, move it down, and keep trying until it looks healthy! May also try to bump the intensity on your lights down a hair.
