Just opinion. These two frags of zoas have never really been super wide open and all open at once in my tank. Does it look like they are stretching for light or are in too direct of flow?
Parameters are pretty decent. It's a nuvo 20 gal tank so there is always some nitrates and phosphates.
The third frag on the lower portion is always open and happy looking.

Also if the depth of view is hard to see the power head is all the way in the back and the zoas are more up front. You can see the overflow return on the top too.

I would personally dip them in an iodine based solution and try starting them out in a lower part of the tank then slowly move them around until they look happy

They have been in my tank for several months, so do you think it is still worth a dip?

Yeah I mean dipping never hurts... in many systems depending on flow bacteria can settle on your zoas and disturb them, regardless of how long they’ve been in the system and dipping can help alleviate that so it won’t hurt it can only benefit you... if you don’t want to dip I would just try moving them around starting at a lower position then work your way up

Changes in Phosphate and nitrate can cause them to stretch. It's a balance between light and parameters to keep them from stretching out. I try to limit the dipping to due the stress it can cause some strains. As long as the are opening, continuous monitor and make gradual changes to water parameters I recommend.
