I noticed a Frag of Purple Hornets where One Polyp had Zoa Pox on it.

Then in a couple Days I noticed another Zoanthid Frag with it.

Then another couple today were infected.

How fast does this Stuff Spread?

I have around 75 Frags in this Tank and have been investing a ton of money into Zoanthids.

I cannot afford to have this wipe out all my Zoanthids.

They were doing so fine for 6 to 8 months and now this.

I have been Reefing for 5 Years Hardcore now.

I know of nobody that eats, sleeps, and drinks Coral like I do.

I just run into problem after problem.

I cannot believe that I am saying this but I am thinking about giving up.

This has been a total obsession and addiction for the last 5 years.

Literally all my money is going into Coral and it keeps dying.

First Acans, then all my Chalices, and now this.

I really do not understand why this is happening.

I know what I am doing and now my Noob Corals are dying.

What's the history of the tank and live rock? Have you ever used copper, bug poison, or any other treatments like this that other people highly recommend on this site?

I have always felt that zoa pox has a seasonal cycle. The topic always come up in the fall and spring. I'm not sure if it has something to do with temperature or it's just a cycle.
Do not eat, sleep and drink coral. 9 times out of 10 of the people I talk with that constantly have issue are those that eat, sleep and drink coral. Usually it comes down to the reefer disturbing and bothering things too often. It's a sinsitive Eco-system that does not do well with constant disturbance.
But to answer your question, it spreads fast..

I have never used Copper or Bug Poison.

Furan 2 treatment can work but has to be done on schedule or will come back. I've beat it but lost some to but always because I thought was good and didn't follow through.

Furan 2 mixed with tank water in container or bag. You want it pea green, make sure the powder dissolves. Add frags for 20-30 minutes I've done up to an hour in severe cases and had no worse effect. Rinse and place back in tank. Repeat this dip for 4 days straight. Then no dip for 3 days. Then repeat for next 3-4 weeks. I know sounds crazy but it saved the polps, but it was an off and on battle with it and those polps every other year or so.
