Zoa pox?? :(

Noticed the some zoas have been closed up a lot lately. Today after I got home from work I noticed some small pustules like things on them. They're on a small gage rock that can be easily removed from the tank.
Is it "zoa pox"?
What's the best treatment?

When I got zoa pox they look like a bunch of little white dots, the picture looks like globs lol, if you pull them out are can you remove anything off them ? I would dip in iodine to help soothe the zoas and you can dip them In furan2 it's for fish but it treats zoa pox usually once a day for like 4 days does the trick!!
