Zoa pox?

Just spotted the little white dot on my Green Bay Packers frag, does this look like zoa pox?

It could be, although it looks like that's closer to the outside and is either sand/sand irritation. Maybe it's just the photo- does the spot look like it's deep inside the zoa's tissue?

It's definitely under the surface, I have quite large particle sand that was thoroughly rinsed. I am pretty confident I had pox on another colony that has all but perished but this one had shown no signs until now

I'm in the UK so it's pretty much impossible to get hold of so I'm doing my research into other methods. Any help is appreciated!!
