Zoa Pox?

Just got these zoas I noticed these yellow eggs during dipping. I was able to scrape and blow off most of them during dipping. Thought I had gotten them all but found some more of these at night when the zoas are closed. Should I be concerned?

I think what you see may be gravel incorporated into the mat between the zoa. Or possibly new heads trying to grow. Most of my Zoa bud out of strange places and the color of the bud most of the time is based on what color the zoa is.
