Zoa pox?

Zoa pox or some kind of eggs or something else? I've looked at plenty of photos and I'm still not sure.

Not pox. Pox is as shown below but looks like an egg mass
For safety, I would remove and GENTLY brush off with toothbrush and peroxide and return to tank.
