I have 3 Zoa frags in my tank that has had livestock in it for 9 weeks now. All no name variety. Two of them are doing great and they have both more than doubled their polyp count. The one having issues had three polyps when I purchased it and still has three. Out of all of them it originally seemed the happiest, I never saw it closed even after lights out. A few weeks ago I noticed it being not fully extended or even closed. This became more common. I moved it to the rock that the other two wer doing so well on but after another week it's still doing poorly. Any ideas?

How is your water flow. They like flow at moderate rate, not blasting.
Try dipping it in Hydrogen peroxide, rinse in RO water and place back in tank. What is your salinity at ? Preferred range of 1.025-1.026

The flow isn't bad where it is, it's within a couple inches of the Zoas that are spreading like weeds. Salinity is 1.025.

So, peroxide dip, just normal 100% strength? How long to dip it?

Zoas are weird. Sometimes they just melt/get ticked/die for seemingly no reason

Dip 3-5 minutes, oh and if youre not doing so already. . . Iodine is a must. I use lugols 2-3X per week

Fill a small container with distilled or ro/di water then add zoa then add hydrogen peroxide until you see bubbling, 3-5 min.

What kind of lighting do it have?
