I have a couple frags one being sunny d's and the other being GOWs. For about the past week or so they haven't been fully opening. You can see the center and from what you can see the color looks good, but for some reason they aren't opening their tentacles. All of my parameter are in check. I haven't changed my lighting which are ai Vegas colors ran at 20% whites 60 to 65 ok blues, red at 20 and green at 40. Do you guys have any suggestions of why they are doing this? In the pics the lights are just coming on so it's just the blues ramping up right now, but I figured you would get the idea. If you need better pics let me know and I'll get some later in the day. Thanks

Give em a dip in coral revive or similar. If you have changed anything recently like lighting, keep that in mind too. Sometimes moving to a brighter or darker spot will help. A dip almost always helps for some reason though. best of luck!

The sunny d's I did a dip when I first noticed them in brightwell aquatics MediCoral and so far they've stayed about the same

No I've had the sunny d's for a few months and the GOWs for about a month and a half. As far as fish stock it's been the same before I got the frags. Royal gramma. Yellow tang, blue tang, bi color angel Pygmy, mandarin, engineer goby. I have never seen any of my fish nip at coral, and all the frag were good until the last week or so.

The only thing I've been adding have been chalice frags and maybe a couple zoa frags since then but all of them are on a frag rack on the other side of the tank. No wild colonies have been add. My rastas which are on the rock above them are doing good. It just seems to be these two

I've had this problem before, and the problem was where I was getting my water from. They use old RO units, and the TDS meter was ancient. I started getting water from a different store and everything got better within a couple weeks.

I have a rodi unit so nice always made my own water. Water going in the unit reads 4ppm and coming out 0 ppm. Whenever my Tds meter reads 1ppm I change the DI or whichever unit needs changed
