I have BioCube 16 (my first ever tank!) with a decent amount of rock surface. I love zoas and am happy to let them spread, if I manage not to kill them! I’m not sure how large individual colonies can get- is there a limit?

If this was your tank, how far apart would you place new frags?

there is no limit to how much they can grow. as long as they have "real estate" - as in, open rock to grown on, they'll continue growing. i would, depending on how many frags you get, space them out 3-5 inches apart to start off, then ad you get more frags space them out closer as they fill in the spaces.
