Zoa spawning??

I'm currently battling a gha explosion in my take that appears to be leveling off but yesterday when I checked on my zoa frag I noticed they were covered in a slime that contained little eggs or something. My water parameters are doing well as I got it checked twice this week and last week while trying to remove the gha. Are the zoa's spawning due to stress of some sort or did something else like a snail come along and lay some eggs?

Not sure if it's snail eggs, could be a fungus growth. Does it blow off easily?

it's like a mucus membrane, it's withstanding the current from the powerhead so it's pretty tough whatever it is
