Zoa Spotlight: Sunny Delights

This is by far one of my very favorites! There has been quite a bit of debate over the several of these "named" palys that look very similar. We can continue the debate or just share our pics and experience.

In my experience these palys will grow under an assortment of different lighting, flow, and general aquarium conditions. It is believed that the higher the lighting the further these colorful rings will spread out and then that's where we get the "different vs same" morph debate.

I just bought one polyp yesterday... Love it!! Looks great in my tank...

i have some of these and love them keep them top of tank in a medium flow area and there thriving and have kept there colors

Sunny d are one of my faves for sure mines took a while to start multipling in my tank but now they are thriveing

Where are most people having the best luck as far as placement for these? I have mine low under 150w halide, low flow but growth has stalled.

mine grow like crazy also and are by far top 10 fav in my tank

Mine are on the ground in the corner under high flow. So low light, high flow, high feeding on mine but I do think they would get brighter colors if I gave them more light.
